It was in the central location in the Klein Basel area. Stayed in recently renovated and decent sized triple room with a balcony. The extremely friendly and incredibly friendly staff at the reception desk provided all the necessary info.

Enjoyed my really nice stay for the first night of the stay. The room was newly renovated and a decent size where the window opened wide with an extremely comfy bed. This hotel was set in a central area near all public transport, many restaurants and supermarkets, and the main train station. It also was on very useful tram lines.

We felt safe and enjoyed magnificent views.

The setting was magnificent, close enough to all the public transport in the city centre. On site attached restaurant served good food.

The hotel had a central location close to several tram routes that you can use for free with the mobility ticket you receive on arrival, greatly enjoyed this place. Everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees where very unhelpful.

Very friendly staff, good price-quality ratio, spacious family room, clean rooms, convenient location. The staff went above and beyond, rooms were some of the cleanest I have seen. The family room was a great surprise, allowing us all to stay together comfortably. The hotel's communication before arrival was great and the included travel card was very useful. Staff was super friendly and even lent us an umbrella. Loved the little touches like sweets on the pillows and free water in the minibar.
